Webcast America partners with area high schools to provide FREE technology solutions to webcast school events. To help support this free offering, Webcast America contracts sponsors, whose advertisements are displayed while our users view live and archived events.
We expect the growth to continue, which has created the need for a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of outside sales professionals. We are looking for a charismatic, self-starting, career- motivated professional for this outstanding opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Origination of new business through direct sales efforts
- Building and mentoring a team of sales professionals
- Supervise banner ad design work for display on website
- Manage ad placement on Webcast America's website
- Track statistical user activity for review by sponsors
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong cold calling and customer service skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Successful background selling advertising to businesses
- Technology experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
