Webcasting Benefits for Your School and Community

Educational Benefits

Webcast America provides the skills, training, and instruction for each student involved in the program. Each student gets hands-on experience in broadcasting live and pre-recorded video events on the internet. They learn valuable video, audio and editing techniques while showcasing their school's students and its offerings.

Webcast America will:

  • Establish a Tech Club (Web Heads) in each school to broadcast the events.
  • Provide all the webcasting equipment at no cost.
  • Provide training and instruction for each club member and advisor.

Financial Benefits

Webcast America shares 20% of all revenues from sponsors, advertisements and aftermarket video sales with each participating school. Webcast America also pays a local advisor to help monitor and train each student. Students are paid for each event they help produce.

With the ever increasing squeeze on our local school systems, Webcast America provides a valuable revenue source while simultaneously improving upon the connection to the student's families and the community.

Webcast America will:

  • Pay a local advisor for each school ($400 per season).
  • Pay students for each event they help produce ($10).
